How to choose the right size of Stability Ball?

  • Our Stability Balls come in 3 different sizes according to your height.
  • When seated correctly on the ball, your hips should be about 8-10 cm above your knees

How to use the Stability Ball safely?

  • Avoid contact with sharp or pointed objects on your clothes and in the area, especially if using outdoors
  • Clean the ball with neutral detergent and a soft cloth
  • Don’t inflate the ball over prescribed diameter. Maximum pressure is 5 PSI
  • Maximum load of the Stability Ball is 300 kg or 600 lbs
  • Keep away from sources of heat ie direct sunshine, radiators or hot lamps
