Why do I need a CoreStretch®?

As we grow older we lose flexibility in our muscles, tendons and ligaments which directly correlates to increased risk of injury and decreases athletic performance. Our back is the core of our skeletal and muscular system and it is important that we maintain it in a healthy state in order that we can carry out daily activities pain free. CoreStretch® is extremely versatile allowing you to work all muscle groups and works in three planes, up, down and side to side

NB This unit is extremely portable and collapses for easy storage

How will using a CoreStretch® help me?

CoreStretch® is a proven, effective stretching device for the back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings and legs. It is better than traditional and more conventional methods that are either diificult to use or force the back into a curve rather than elongate it. CoreStretch®'s unique design elongates the back, stretches the muscles, ligaments and tendons, not only in your back, but also those in your legs that work in conjunction with the back.

How do I use it?

For the best results, it is important that the CoreStretch® is adjusted to suit your body and positioned correctly. Full instructions on how to use it safely are included.

To adjust the device, press the button to the number that allows you to fully extend your arms - this will straighten your back at the same time allowing you a comfortable grip.
